PVC Lead Edge, Strip for Print Plate PET Film Carrier

With the introduction of new press technology, equipment, print speed and order delivery requirements have increased, quick order change becomes the industry standard. Printing plates is typically mounted flat on a Polyester based film carrier sheet filled with lead edge which can be very quickly installed on press cylinder to minimize downtime during production.

The PET film sheet comes with well finished PET Film Carrier filled with Lead Edge and semi-finished material of PET film in rolls.

When PET film is purchased in rolls, you can cut the film sheet per your specific sizes needed, and apply it in the PVC lead edge strip on both ends that allows maximum flexibility of applications.
