Tungsten carbide slitting blade lasts up to 10 times longer than the HSS Blade, a super mirror finish (maximum surface roughness of 0.25 um) prevents glue accumulation on the blades for cleaner,more precise slitting. The inexpensive high speed steel blade features flexibility of blade body that can be used for even old unprecise machines avoiding breakages during production.

To ensure a razor-sharp cutting edge,we recommend pairing Tungsten-Carbide slitting blades with Diamond grinding wheels. Properly setting grinding interval and duration can improve cutting edge and increase blades lifetime.
