What are my payment options for CorroGo orders?

For your convenience, CorroGo accepts payment via Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, and Direct Bank Transfer. For the order of USD$1000+, we accept Direct Bank Transfer only.

How should I do Direct Bank Transfer?

When order is placed by choosing Direct Bank Transfer, you can get CorroGo bank details from the Dashboard → Orders by clicking VIEW or PROFORMA, and an email will be sent to you too. We accept only USD$, please use your Order ID as the payment reference, and all bank charges shall be borne by the buyer. Once payment is made, please email us the bank slip with your Order ID at shop@corrogo.shop and we will proceed your order shortly.

Is my credit card information safe?

We employ world’s leading payment gateways to receive and process your payments towards your membership upgrades. These gateways use best-of-the-breed advanced security mechanisms such as SSL to protect your credit card information. CorroGo neither stores, nor comes to know your credit card information since your key in this information at one of our secure payment gateways and not directly on our website. Therefore, you can rest assured that your credit card information is absolutely safe when you upgrade your account on CorroGo.

Why can’t I see PayPal and Credit/Debit Card payment options?

If you are checking out an order valued over USD$1000, you are required to pay via Direct Bank Transfer only, in this way Credit/Debit Card and PayPal options are unavailable.

When will my order be billed to my credit card?

For different payment methods, they will have different timeframe for CorroGo to receive the payment, once the payment has been received, the order will be confirmed automatically.

What should I do if the payment can’t be confirmed for a long time?

If the payment still unconfirmed beyond the timeline, you may contact us with your payment statement to check more details.

How can I get an Invoice for my payment?

You can get a Proforma Invoice from Dashboard→Orders at the time of making payment. A Proforma Invoice is also emailed to you after your order is placed or payment completes, and a Commercial Invoice is available when order is processing before shipment.
An actual invoice can also be sent to you if you need it for accounting, record keeping and customs purposes. We can provide hard copies of documents, customer needs to pay for courier service charge. Please raise a request via live chat or email if needed.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, absolutely you can, under certain circumstances.
When you have a cancellation agreed by both sides, or you’re informed by CorroGo that there is a cancellation due to unfulfillment caused by the seller, you will get refund or a full credit balance for you next purchase within six months. It takes time for system to process refund and a bank charge may occur.
