Cutters get blunt due to paper dust and glue adhesion and therefore affect production because it may lead to paper being torn off.

Cleaning of corrugating rolls

Paper dust and glue adhesion can have a negative impact on the production as it causes unevenness of the surface of the corrugated roll and may lead to paper being torn off.

Only one oil for two applications (corrugator rolls/disc-cut), lower expenses for stock holding and no risk of mix-ups, as one lubricant fulfils two functions, fewer rejects caused by soiling owing to minimum quantity oil lubrication, longer service life and maintenance intervals due to reliable corrosion protection and improved lubricating effect.
