In the manufacture of woven cotton Corrugator Belts, natural cotton fibers for the inner ply are carefully selected by experienced engineer of heavy fabrics industry with strength and hygroscopic properties in mind. Only extremely high grade, heat and wear resistant polyester fibers are used.

SC95X Cotton Corrugator belts consistently keep the fastest absorption & release of moisture due to cotton and synthetic utilizing, which secures high quality cardboards with less consumption of heat and energy, and higher speed is assured. The five-layer woven structure and blended materials make the belts continuously resist extreme operating conditions like high temperature, tension, moisture, pollution and friction etc., longer working life has been proven too.

A standard woven corrugator belt can be used as top or bottom belt for universal machines, while an Aramid Reinforced Edges corrugator belt suits better for frequent-order-change and flexible-width-production demands as top belt only, which thanks to higher abrasion and temperature resistance at the edge of the belt.

Typical Aramid Reinforced Edges / ARE available in widths 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600mm for belts from small to large size in reference to custom’s demands, we may charge extra for the untypical ARE width required.

For any belt in no-often seen size or very small size, it may be unavailable or takes longer time for production.
