Fit most unwinding applications, these brakes are easy and quick to replace existing brakes, the flange installation size can be customized and they have excellent heat dissipation. Less maintenance is required due to the modular caliper design and compact size utilized. These pneumatic brakes are designed for unwinders to constantly keep precise web tension of the converting process all the time.
Please check on your machine and identify if a flanged installation plate is required which is sold optionally. Simply download and complete the Identification Form which may guide you how to easily identify installation flange size, and we will take care of the rest.

Brake Selection Guide
Technically Brake selection is related to your paper roll size and machine speed. The number 3, 4 and 6 affixed to the model series stand for the caliper number of each brake model. When you run larger paper roll and/or go higher machine speed, you need a brake with more modular calipers. Compared to DT series, the DTX series feature heavier duty and higher performance of web tension control thanks to upgraded pads and ventilation utilized.
