The corrugator hold down brush is designed with a plastic strip (or aluminum) and synthetic strands. The plastic strip allows easy and quick installation for most types of corrugators, and the synthetic strands assure long brush life span.
Multiple widths (installation piece) are available, and the standard length of synthetic strands is 400 mm and 500 mm, you can cut length to match your specific machine demands if needed. The aluminum or plastic holding strip is delivered without mounting hole, this material is easy to be drilled at customer’s plant that provides flexibility of installation for all types of machines.
