The 100% PET woven corrugator belt has been specially developed for transporting cardboards and optimizing its’ drying process. It runs under extreme conditions including high temperature, moisture, abrasion, contamination and high tension of corrugator belt’s 5 tasks. With unique patented weave structure as well as high quality PET fibers utilized, this high quality corrugator belt helps dry the boards as fast as possible, and achieves long belt life span too.
The high speed corrugator belt has 3 layers, from surface, inner to center, we use different materials for different weaving structures, that ensures the belt can meet all 5 tasks requirements, improve cardboards quality, and increase machine speed.
A standard woven corrugator belt can be used as top or bottom belt for universal machines, while an Aramid Reinforced Edges corrugator belt suits better for frequent-order-change and flexible-width-production demands as top belt only, which thanks to higher abrasion and temperature resistance at the edge of the belt.
Typical ARE width is 20 cm for 1.6 and 1.8m corrugator, 30 cm for 2.0 and 2.2m corrugator, 30-40 cm for 2.5 and 2.8m corrugator.

When do you need to change Corrugator Belt?
The belt's life time varies with machines and operations. The below signs may tell you it’s time to change corrugator belt if they are not traceable to any of other area or factors.
Low drying ability: A) soft and wet boards. B) bad edges. C) warp boards. D) poor bonding. E) increased edges cuttings or other issues.
Belts got rot or worn: A) rot or raveled belt. B) belt is tight in middle but loose on edges. C) thickness difference up to 1mm (for rollers) or 1.3mm (for shoes pressures) between the middle and edges etc.
Keep spare belts all the time to avoid shut-down of corrugator in case of accident breakage of belt.
Determination of Belt Length & Width
To calculate max and min machine length for the corrugator belt we recommend the following procedure:
Take dimensions of the running belt:
1. Locate a flat and obstacle-free section of the belt, which is easy to reach. (length of 2, 4 or 6 m for easy calculation, depending on accessibility). Bring the lacing joint to the beginning of this section.
2. Mark the belt sections in escalating numbers, inching the belt forward on the machine each time, starting with 0, first section 1, second section 2, etc.
3. Once the lacing has finished a full revolution from the start position, then measure the residual length from the last mark to point 0. We suggest you do it again and cross check.
4. You need to observe and calculate the flexible lengths machine allows ( at min and max tension positions), properly order a new belt when tension is at 80% of the range (from Min to Max position). For this reason, you may adjust (add or deduct) ordering length according to the existing belt length.
Existing Belt Length = No. of Sections x (Meter per Section)+Residual Length
New Belt Length to order = Existing Belt Length + or - Adjustment Length
New Belt Width = Max boards width + 5 to 10mm (as much as possible if machine allows).
